Shipping Policy

At Lions Ark Industrial, we strive to ensure accurate, timely delivery of industrial products to meet the needs of your operations. Many of our products ship directly from manufacturers or distribution partners, and shipping costs may vary depending on packaging, carrier rates, and delivery location.

Order Review & Final Shipping Cost

All orders are reviewed prior to shipment. Once we confirm the actual shipping cost with our fulfillment partners:

    • If the final shipping cost is lower, your total will be adjusted down before payment is captured
    • If the final shipping cost is higher, we will contact you for approval before processing your order

Orders with Multiple or Large Items

Orders that include multiple items or large products may ship in separate packages or require special handling. In these cases, shipping costs may differ from the initial estimate.


Authorization & Payment Capture

At checkout, your payment method is authorized but not immediately captured. Final payment is only processed once shipping has been confirmed.


Response Time

If we reach out regarding a shipping adjustment and do not receive a response within 48 hours, the order may be processed using the quoted shipping amount.

Order Processing

Orders are typically reviewed and processed within 1–3 business days after they are placed. Payment methods are authorized at checkout but may not be captured until shipping costs are confirmed with the manufacturer or shipping partner.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be reviewed the following business day.

Some products ship directly from the manufacturer or one of our distribution partners. In these cases, processing and delivery times may vary depending on their location, inventory availability, and shipping method.


Shipping Methods & Carriers

We work with trusted carriers such as UPS and other logistics partners to deliver orders safely and efficiently. Shipping methods and carriers may vary depending on product type, shipment size, and destination.

Carrier details and tracking information will be provided once your order has been shipped.


Shipping Rates

Shipping rates shown at checkout are calculated based on estimated weight, dimensions, destination, and the selected shipping method.

Because many items ship directly from manufacturers, final shipping charges may vary depending on the actual packaging, carrier service used, and delivery requirements.

If the confirmed freight cost differs from the estimated amount shown at checkout, we will contact you with the updated shipping cost before capturing payment (please refer to section above).

Custom freight quotes may be required for large, heavy, or specialty items.


Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times depend on the shipping location and the carrier or service selected. Most orders within the continental United States arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment.

International and freight shipments may require additional time and documentation.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. If your order includes items shipping from multiple locations, you may receive multiple tracking numbers.


Freight Shipments & Special Handling

Some products require LTL freight shipping or special handling due to their size, weight, or shipping requirements. In these cases, we will contact you to confirm delivery details and any requirements for receiving the shipment, such as loading dock access or liftgate service.


Delivery Issues or Damages

Please inspect your shipment immediately upon arrival. If your order is damaged, incomplete, or appears to be lost in transit, notify us within 48 hours so we can assist in resolving the issue. For damaged items, please retain all packaging and take photos of the condition upon delivery.


Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to most addresses within the United States. International shipping may be available on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us before placing an international order.

At this time, we do not ship to P.O. box addresses.
