At Lions Ark Industrial, we take great care in curating and delivering high-quality industrial products to our customers. Due to the nature of many of our offerings—particularly food-grade and medical-related items—we generally do not accept returns.
We ask all customers to carefully review product specifications, part numbers, and compatibility before placing an order. If you have any doubts, please don’t hesitate to reach out before purchasing—we’re here to help ensure you order the correct item.
Mistaken Orders or Special Cases
If you believe you’ve ordered the wrong item, you may reach out using our contact form or email us at sales@lionsarkindustrial.com to request a review. Any potential return or exchange must first be approved by the owner. In some cases, a refund or exchange may be granted at our discretion, and a handling fee will apply.
Items will only be eligible for return if:

The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when received

The product is not on the non-returnable list below
Do not send any items back without prior written authorization. Items returned without approval will not be processed.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can review the issue and take appropriate steps to make it right.

Exchanges
If an exchange is approved, instructions will be provided along with return shipping details. Please note: a handling fee will apply and the replacement item must be purchased separately.
EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped within the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason. All returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
If a return is authorized and approved, your item will be inspected once received. If eligible, a refund—minus any applicable handling fees—will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
