Meet the Team

My manufacturing career began in 2012, and it was a trial by fire from day one. I started in quality assurance, performing hand inspections for a company producing over 1.2 million pieces per day! Even today, that number is staggering to think about.

I progressed from quality assurance to inspection, operating production machinery, material handling, quality engineering, program management, and eventually sales. Throughout that time, I often wondered, "What have I gotten myself into?" Little did I know I was developing the skills I would one day need to start an industrial supply company.

Those years taught me that manufacturing is ultimately about people solving problems together. When a production line is down or a project is behind schedule, titles don't matter. Finding and implementing a solution is what counts.

My career eventually took me into industrial sales and business development, working directly with manufacturing facilities to solve problems involving MRO supplies, hydraulics, pneumatics, automation, spare parts, aerospace, defense, and production equipment.

I later moved into the machinery side of the industry, serving as Director of Sales & Marketing for LK Machinery, working with CNC machining centers, injection molding machines, and die-casting equipment.

Along the way, I realized something important: I genuinely enjoy helping manufacturers solve problems and keep their facilities running. What we do makes a difference in our communities and our country. Helping our customers become more efficient helps strengthen American manufacturing.

That realization is a big part of why I started Lions Ark Industrial in 2020.

My time at Lions Ark began at the end of a long road of asking myself, "What am I doing with my life?"

I had bounced between management jobs, factory work, and security, without a clear direction. That changed when I was given the opportunity to learn valuable new skills and rapidly advance my career.

In less than a month, I went from watching security cameras and signing access forms to helping manage operations and supplying industrial components to local businesses.

As my time with Lions Ark continued, so did the opportunities to learn. I've toured dairy farms, gained insight into industrial processing, and developed valuable experience in sales.

A core principle at Lions Ark, from top to bottom, is to place the well-being of our employees, customers, and partners above a quick profit.
